Why C12 Borderplex

Building Great Businesses for a Greater Purpose

A Global Network, Local Impact

C12 is the world’s largest network of Christian business owners and leaders who meet monthly in confidential, peer advisory groups. C12 Borderplex is part of that global community, serving CEOs, owners and executives across El Paso and Las Cruces who want to lead thriving businesses with eternal purpose.

This isn't just another business group and it's not a networking event. Each month, members meet to learn from structured curriculum, encourage one another, apply biblical truth to real challenges, and receive accountability from peers who understand the weight of leadership.

A Proven Framework for Faith-Driven Leadership

C12 gives you structure that works in the marketplace.

Peer Counsel

C12 members receive wisdom and counsel from non-competing peers who are there to ask hard questions and tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.

MBA-Level Curriculum

Every month, C12 produces MBA-level curriculum grounded in biblical principles that addresses real business challenges without separating faith from strategy or conviction from the bottom line.

Personalized Coaching

FOCUS60 meetings offer one-on-one executive coaching tailored to your specific company, your actual challenges, and the decisions sitting on your desk right now.

Actionable Insights

Members leave every C12 Forum day with practical steps to implement immediately, with the clear goal of improving business operations, leadership effectiveness, and their personal life.

Integrated Approach

C12 offers a holistic model where business becomes ministry, work transforms into worship, and your life operates as one coherent whole instead of competing parts.

Wider Community

Access to a global community of Christian business leaders who are wrestling with the same questions about stewardship, impact, and what it means to honor God through their work.

C12 membership brings clarity on decisions you've been avoiding, accountability that keeps you from drifting, and the kind of encouragement that only comes from leaders who understand what it costs to do business with integrity.

Community That Sharpens

At the C12 table, you'll be surrounded by people who've collectively navigated centuries of business challenges and come out the other side still following and honoring Christ.

When you're wrestling with whether to expand, how to handle a difficult employee, or what succession actually looks like, you're not polling strangers. You're asking leaders who've been there and can tell you what worked, what failed, and what they'd do differently.

That kind of wisdom doesn't exist in isolation. It exists in community. And it shows up every month, ready to help you lead better.

Why Borderplex

Running a company in the Borderplex means dealing with unique realities.

  • Cross-border supply chains.
  • Bilingual workforces.
  • Family expectations that span generations.
  • Regulations from three different jurisdictions.

C12 Borderplex brings together leaders who understand these realities firsthand. Not because they read about border commerce in a case study, but because they live it every day.

About C12 Borderplex

C12 was founded in 1992 by Buck Jacobs with a simple conviction: Christian business leaders shouldn't have to lead alone. Today, that vision has grown to over 4,600 members across 5 continents, guided by 240+ Chairs in 160+ cities. C12 Borderplex has been serving leaders in El Paso and Las Cruces since 2015, helping dozens of companies build businesses that honor God and impact their communities.

Tiffany Etterling, Principal Chair

Tiffany leads C12 Borderplex, serving Christian CEOs in El Paso, Las Cruces, and Albuquerque. With over two decades building and scaling businesses across marketing, ecommerce, and real estate, she understands the pressures of leadership firsthand. Tiffany was a C12 member for over a decade before stepping in as Principal Chair in 2025, so she knows personally the transformation that happens when CEOs stop leading alone.

A fourth-generation El Pasoan, Tiffany helps business owners integrate biblical truth with strategic execution, develop strong teams, and build companies that matter beyond the bottom line. She lives in El Paso with her husband Tommy and sons Wesley and Miles.
